This review might come as a shocker to all of you, however my intention is to find out if my feeling is right or wrong. I bought a VDI after about 6 months of driving the same occasionally. I bought it for the sheer power of the engine and the kind of take off that it does once one hits 2k rpm. I was very happy with my car and enjoyed driving it for the first 1000 km. she was due for her first service and since then I feel that the response of the car has gone down. I no more get that thrust after 2k rpm which I used to get. However the turbo charger kicks in only in the 3rd gear and that too after 3.5k rpm..

Do you guys experience this as well?

I took the car back to the service center. They were kind enough to accommodate me and showed me in the TD2 that the turbo is opening and the power is sky rocketing from 170 to 290, however I do not feel it when I drive it though I can see that in their equipment.

In case any of you have such a feeling please let me know
