I have got my new Ritz on 14th Feb 2013.
Previously I was using Estilo which has low pick-up with which I had issues while driving on highways. Also leg room is a bit less. I bought this car 2 yrs back.
So thought of exchanging this car with other car which has more engine power.
Thought of going for Diesel as my previous one was petrol car.
Thought of going for swift, but the leg room is not sufficient for me and getting in and out is a bit difficult as I am a bit fat. If I sit in driver seat passenger behind me will have less leg room.
So thought of Ritz, amazingly I found getting in and out was very easy and also passenger behind the driver has enough leg room. Also the rear seats are 60:40 split for more luggage which swift was not having, I am not comparing the two cars, please ignore if you are a swift lover :).
Also there was a nice exchange price + bonus given to me, may be less but I am satisfied with it.
Got Seat covers, Teflon coating, reverse sensors, sunfilm, Door visors, under body paint, 2 rear speakers (I had music system from my old car), plastic covering for floor, Remote lock etc in which I have paid fro few.
I have driven the car with my family and I felt the car was running very easily as if was empty. I need to accelerate more in my previous car but this car was running without any additional effort. It is obvious that the engine capacity is more in Ritz than Estilo.
AC is very nice, car gets cooled in very few minutes. Road view while driving is very good. Gearshift is very smooth. Have some problem with reverse gear placement which I have in Estilo as well. I think it is me who is not placing the gear correctly.
I haven't gone outing yet, will post details related to mileage , performance and reliability soon.

I had gear shifting problem, gears were very hard to place mainly 2nd and 3rd gears. Complained in service center and got them fixed.
I was getting leg pain due to long journeys and hard accelerator. Got it fixed and accelerator is smooth now.
I have gone to my native place twice and car gave me good mileage. I am very happy with the performance. Ride quality and breaking is very good.
Only thing I didn't like is the headlights. They are really worst while driving on highway. Planning to change them with Philips 100/90 soon.
