I had bought a ritx zxi (silver) from one of the prominent dealers in kerala. Initially i was exited about the car.but today after using it for around 8 months i should say i am terribly disappointed with this vehicle..first of all it gives very low mileage.secondly sometimes it behaves very crazy..suddenly the brakes fail to function.i have completed two services and each time the service manager assures me that everything will be alright soon..on one of my long journery i got caught in the middle...
The clutch was not functioning and the brakes were jammed..later i was told that the clutch disc hs got worn out..i was astonished that in a new car the clutch disc should get worn out so soon.the service personal replaces it with a new one and charged me rs.5000/.
I refused to take my car and atlast gave me a discount of 50%.in most of my journey i find that this car ditches me by giving me one problem or the other..the service by maruti is by far a joke..they have a lot of look likes and all of them take u for a ride...alas..i am totally disappointed with this vehicle and would advice all my fellow friends to refrain from booking a ritz and please dont get cheated...infact i got similar views from many other ritz users...
