I have decided to change my old santro to a new age hatch back, and has been waiting for the launch of Ford figo, VW polo and Nissan Micra. but vw price is high for me and have to wait another 3-4 months for Nissan micra to launch. Today I have done the test driving of RITZ vxi and FIGO vxi.(i prefer only the petrol version) Figo has nothing to claim new except the boot space. RITZ on the other hand, felt extremely smooth power steering and the advantage of the" tall boy" model. But the confusion is in the price. Figo costs just 3.9L on road while Ritz 4.4L.
The fuel economy is 15km/l for figo and 17.7km/L for ritz. Please post your valuable opinion on 1) comparing the brand image, which one leads 2) whether the 50k premium on ritz really worth it over ford? 3) comparing the resale value of ford and maruti which one is better 4) the figo comes with an engine using in ford fiesta but with 1200 cc,
How is the performance of this engine?
