> The experience with their Call center is very Good, their staff at their showroom and service offices are really very good cooperative and polite.
> They allocate a dedicated executive(In my case it was one Mr Murthy, who was cooperative and knowledgeable) to your nearest place and in my case it was Bannerghatta showroom.
> They followed up with getting the Car Insurance, RC Card, first service etc and even in the showroom I was treated very professionally and cordially.
Finance Plans: Satisfaction-100%
> They are linked with all Major Finance institutions and will help you as per the plans you need.
> On road cost: 501000+ 18000(additional accessories)=519000 exact. Exclude Rs 15000 discount given by showroom.
> Choice of Car Colour: Vehicle available at that time were Black, Orange and Silver. Opted for Black.
Timelines: Satisfaction-100%
> Delivery Timeline: Vehicle delivered as per promise just 2 weeks from my first contact with them.
> Vehicle delivered to my house and was neat and clean.
> Post delivery of my Car, I had multiple follow up calls from Maruti Suzuki and Kalyani Motors showroom guys asking if the experience was good and my answer was excellent.
Service and Support: Satisfaction-100%
> The delivery Guy along with the executive Mr.Murthy explained all the details of the car and its operational features.
> I had opted few additional accessories and I got 33% discount on the same and all were fitted nicely.
> Luckily all 4 tyres were MRF as per my request.
> Interiors were superb with all parts in perfect new condition.
Summary: You may see this as ideal scenario. The reason all went so smooth is because, I had proper research, proper plans, proper budget, adjusted to available car colour, provided all the necessary documents for Finance. These guys genuinely have made me happy from all perspective and never ever I had any tussle, argument or fight with anyone. My experience is one among those who call it Ideal.
