Im Extremely annoyed and upset that I made a puchase with Maruti Suzuki 1st id like to start with the buying experience generally there is an air that Maruti Suzuki cars are the highest selling hence we rule the market this annoying attitude carries forward at most levels well im writing in to complain about specific issues 1st issue.
I understand that the dealership liaisons with RTO for registration Smart card and permits the rto website says the RC is delivered after 2 days between 430pm to 530 pm dealership says no time line they can take their own sweet time upon insistence they say we will try in 7 working days.
I registered my car on 31 may 16 I hadnt recd any information reg the smart card untill 10 june 16 me being a small business entrepreneur id like to start earning from day1 as I need to break even on june 10.
I had to visit the rto run from pillar to post with the dealer executive when I met the authorities they said that the documents were filed only yesterday for which the executive gave a affirmative answer I was like I got the car 10 days ago which has a number plate but no documents for the next 2hrs 45 mins I had to run pillar to post and finally achieved to get my smart card and permit even your executive acknowledged my efforts and said no customer comes this far well.
I was made to next I had made an excess payment of Rs 4000 initially on behalf of zoomcar which was cancelled due to certain reasons and the same was acknowledged by zoomcar to the GM of the dealer and the GM also acknowledged this by email promised to adjust this to my next booking which im writing about the initial booking amount wasnt adjusted and the dealer informed me that they will refund the amount to my account in 2 working days which never happened I kept following up once they ask please email us a canceled cheque.
And then promise we will refund in 2 working days again after 2 days when I follow up same story is continues send us a email GM sir is not in town AGM is in meeting please send us email again please send us the original receipt send us a letter etc etc etc everyday some new story im yet to receive any refund next the excise duty rebate for taxis most other manufacturers or dealers refund within 15days of registration.
But maruti says we need 7 months this must be some kind of a joke that you people play on your customers when I enquired the reason for this time line the dealer says maruti has so many customers that we cannot process every application in the shortest duration and the dealer says the application gets processed at gurgoan we have send all the documents and the procedure takes time even if you send the application by registered post or snail mail.
I am sure it doesnt take 7 months if Maruti suzuki is the largest seller it should in empathy and customer care not in arrogance or ignorantly in such a scenario it wont take long before the company posts bad sales figures when I search online there 100s of customers like me who are annoyed and disturbed with the treatment received from maruti suzuki and repent the mistake of buying a car from Maruti Suzuki in my capacity I will spread this and also blog to share my experience with maruti dealer Kalyani motors Bannerghatta road Bangalore
