I like the car very much, but they are careless about the complaints. We bought ertiga zdi+ just 6 months ago, and by running 9000 kms the tyre(jk tyres) has got a bulge on the side, and when we complained about it, they said they will sent it to manufacturer. Now they are saying that, it cannot get replaced, because it may be happened by hitting stone. I cannot understand how a stonestonecan hit on the side of the tyre by this force. Very disappointed by the service they are providing.
