Booking Disappointment from Maruti. Review on Maruti Suzuki Ertiga

I have very disappointing experience from Maruti while booking Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI Limited Edition.

I had booked Ertiga Limited Edition EXQUISITE MAROON on 10th march 2017 at Navnit Motors Thane.While booking I was been told that due to high demand, the car will be available in 9 weeks for which I agreed and I left the showroom happily.On 23rd March I received call from Dealer asking stating that Maruti has stopped the booking of Limited edition and the colour I have ordered may not be made available by Maruti and asked me to accept Limited Edition car in Silver colour which the had received.I denied to accept the silver colour car as I had seen the Maroon colour car and had liked it and was not ready to compromise on the colour.Again on 25th March I received the call from the dealer stating that Maruti has stopped the production of Limited edition and they insisted to go with Silver or Red colour car.When I asked him when was the production discontinued, he said 23rd March they had received communication from Maruti.But still I denied and dealer told me he will check with maruti what he can do to make available the colour I ordered.I fail to understand that if maruti was to discontinue the production why did they accept the booking at the first place, they should have not accepted the booking itself.I have sent mail to Maruti for clarification and hoping for the positive response .But this actually ruined my excitement of buying my First car. Highly Disappointed:(
