I purchased my new alto lxi on 19 June 2010. Let me tell u its a fantastic car to drive. It has all the makings of a good family car, enough spacious for 5, and superb air conditioning. Many people said about the lack of power after switching on the ac but i tell u my friend if u want to be michal shumachar then opt for ferrari or bmw. Its just a simple basic driving technique while the ac is on. You just need to be on correct gear to pick up the speed while the ac is on. The power steering is very responsive and moves around very smoothly....the car has new two tone dash which gives a different look.....
The space is efficient enough and the boot is also has good space. It easily goes upto 120 kmph on highways which i think is very good for a small car. The new speedometer is very good looking with a digital fuel gauge, tripmeter and odometer...
The ac of the car keeps the cabin chilled even in the hottest noon time. And the best thing of the car is its fuel economy. It gives around 18.9 kmpl in city and around 21 on highways. WHat else u want from a car. I love my alto and i suggest u guys to go for it blindly. Its a great car with less maintenance, good after sale service and excellent resale value....
