Well well, let me first tell that I am owning Hyundai i10 Magna 1.2 liter. I purchased this cute darling in the month of August! On that time, I was bombarded with Maruti A Star and Maruti Splash. I searched on the internet and found some pictures(even today you may find the picture of Silver Black Sexy Maruti Car with Violet Glittering interiors). I got stunned when I heard that such a sexy chick is available within 4 lac!

People(and also my mind) prevented me to take a sudden decision and I, for a meanwhile, delayed purchasing car! I used my internet skills and found out that picture to be a fake one. Internet is like a Sindhi/Chor Bazaar; if you really identify genuine things, you make a great deal and if you are poor in judging, you may end up with a blunder!

I finally made decision about A Star that the picture is fake and you cannot get such a model in that price described. I went for Hyundai i10 then! Recently, A-star is launched and I was right! That image was fake and the real A-Star came knocking down everybody's imagination and expectation! Look at the boot space - I wonder you can keep your boots only! The rear Bumper is so big that it looks like a truck's front.

Side look can simply calm down your hormones and interiors feel like the dashboard has some lump on its belly(see that speedometer like thing). Sitting wise, it is not at all comfortable(especially the back passangers who may put legs on your shoulder then.!). Overall, it is a huge dissapointment.

What has happened to Maruti now? Hyundai getting over them? Is service the only thing keeping people mesmerized to the brand and not thier models anymore? Can anyone answer these -

  1. The best selling Zen(though I never liked it) suddenly stopped and replaced by Estilo(terminated model in Japan, a decade back story).

  2. The best selling Esteem terminated, why?

  3. The best selling Wagon R supposed to be terminated, why?

  4. The best selling Alto is supposed to be terminated since A-Star is launched, why?

Probably, Maruti is overflowing with its earnings by now. It has ruled the nation for more than two-three decades. Everyone should get a chance.Maruti.is it your thinking? if yes, carry on, Hyundai is just waiting for the same!

Regards.
