Maruti Dealers are very bad in treating customer. Review on Maruti Suzuki 800

This is Amit Sanwal I am From Haldwani Nainital, I want to register a complaint against the Maruti Dealer in Haldwani The name of Dealer is Kavisha Motors.

The people working over there in Kavisha are so bad that I can Express in word. I booke a Maruti 800 on 12-Apr-2007 and I am still waiting to get the RC of the same before the purchase of the car they used to call me multiple times and have promised me to give the car RC within Three working but now its more then 22 Days and each day they are telling me different story I booked the car from Haldwani and they have brought the car for me from Barielly without letting me know. They Register my father name as wrong in the Insurance Paper, Car Invoice and TRC everything.

Now they are troubling me to give the RC from haldwani I am very much fed up with the way the staff of Kavisha is working they are almost illetrate the name of various people I interact over  there with whom I want to register a complaint is JC PANDEY(Manager), Pramod Tewari(Executive), Kamal(Registartion Department) these three people are very much unproffessional.Today i have registered a complaint with Maruti toll free number 18001800180 and waiting for there response

The kavisha Motor is taking the undue advantage of being the only maruti dealer ship in haldwani.

Please be aware of these people if you are buying a Car from Haldwani or Bareilly these are very bad people.
