Maruti 800 AC. Review on Maruti Suzuki 800

I own a Maruti 800 AC which I purchased October 2005 from a Bangalore Maruti dealer - Sagar Automobiles, Basaveshwarnagar. The AC seems to be ineffective even after I took to the dealer as well as another dealer workshop when I found that AC is purely a waste of money with the effectiveness. So I riden totally without switching it on. The mechanics at the dealer workshop told that in Maruti 800 the AC cannot be anything better.

I approached the other dealers. They did not give any response. Why should Maruti sell such cars with AC marketed just to attract customers and make fool after looting thier money? Is it a generic problem?Have others also faced the same problem?What can I do to improve the AC non-performance?

I need opinion of other moutshutters. Should I file a consumer rights case against the manufacturer or should I ask Maruti to take some action agaisnt the dealer for their lack of response. Please do suggest me what to do.
