Martin Dressler : The Tale Of An American Dreamer

Story:

This is a strange book about the perils of the American Dream. Winner of the 1997 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. It may be a masterpiece, but it's not something I can appreciate. It started well with a description of old New York, but grew into an endless description of tedious, repetitive buildings, blueprints, and lists. Completely lost as a reader. The very strange relationships Martin has with women are on par with the rest of the book, which means they are strange and nonsensical.I wanted to talk reason to him.
