Hi every one,
Just wanted to share the terrific experience I had with the Marlex Senior Executive when I enquired about the failure percentage and blast cases of Marlex Cooker. To my surprise, there are blast cases reported up to 15-20 Cookers per month and company is not serious about it.
When I tried to question the CMD of the Company about the blast cases, to my great surprise, he replied carelessely and said - right now our key focus is on supplying bulk quantity of Mixer Grinders to Tamilnadu Govt and any service complains can be addressed only after that.
