I have tour in Digha, West Bengal for one time around 2 years ago . In this tour I had booked the hotel . This hotel totally disappointed me .
Price:- I forgot the exact booking cost of the hotel . But, I can say that cost of booking was expensive as per quality of hotel .
Quality of room:- Size of room was enough . But, room was not good as I expected . Because, room's look was not good . It was not well maintained . After entering room, I saw that for long time hotel management didn't coloring the wall . There was a old chair in the room . AC not worked . After entering in the room, I saw there was a empty water bottle . Hotel management should fill up the bottle before customer start use the room . When I try to call their reception from my room to request fill the water bottle, I checked that calling system was not working . So that, I went on their reception to request the same . Their was old CRT model TV . Picture quality on the TV was lower quality . Beside my room there was very short corridor . From the corridor I can't sea beach view . So, it is clear that position of the hotel is not good .
Bed:- We had book double bed room . They have provided a short old blanket per bed . Bedsheets also not good.
Bathroom:- This was most bad quality . I rate their bathroom -5 star . First of all door of bathroom was damaged . Half of the door was cut . Bathroom was too narrow . Total bathroom was dirty . They had provided a old, damaged, dirty mug in bathroom . I keck during use the mug as well as bathroom .
Reception:- In this hotel there don't have a proper reception . Only two man seat with chair table in front of main door of the hotel .
I got a very bad experience from this hotel .From my above experiences, I say this is a useless hotel . I don't recommend this hotel to anyone .
