I am using a Honda Aviator for two years now. Recently the choke of my Aviator was not working and on checking it was found that the choke cable was broken. With choke not working, starting the scooter was trouble everyday. Marikar service Center, Statue, Trivandrum told that the part is not available presently and will be arranged within a week. More than a month passed like this and choke cable was not available for more than a month. Manager of Marikar told me confidently that he has enquired to other dealer in Trivandrum and this part is not available in Trivandrum city and even in kerala.
Finally I put the complaint of part availability on Honda website and after further follow up by me, it was found that the part is available at other dealer in Trivandrum. I got the problem fixed the same day. After that I again called the manager of Marikar, and he replied as expected of arranging the part next week. This shows irresponsible behaviour of Dealers who are interested only in selling the products. They don’t bother to provide service to their customer.
