If you want to experience something new on the stage, a Marathi play Jaswandi is for you. The play is about the emotional needs of a wife whose husband is not able to give time to her. This play is also about man and animal attachment. The topic of the play is somewhat serious but it is shown on the stage in a comic way. Dialogues are perfect and keeps in our mind after coming out of the theatre. All actors have put special and equal efforts in the roles. But I must specially mention about the actors who have done the roles of cats. Acting and body movements (like cats… really acrobatic ) displayed by these young actors is extraordinary. If you will take out our children above 7 years of age for this play, they will really enjoy the roles of cats.
