Both my children(now aged 5 and 2) have been to this Maple bear, Dollars Colony for schooling and day care, and frankly we didn't want to change our house because we were so happy with the school. When my son started off in LKG, he had very short attention spans and never sat in a place for more than 2 mins. From there, the teachers and faculty loving helped him to explore his strengths and interests, and made him a very self confident child.
He now can recite the whole Grufffalo story, and any other story he hears for the first time, ditto as he heard it. From not willing to pick up the pencil, he has moved on to writing even Hindi alphabets perfectly. Even Addition and subtraction, which I think is a bit complicated for their age, has been taught extremely well to him. This has been possible only because of the love, affection and patience the teachers have displayed. Ritu Handa - the principal of the school - is a very hands on person and ensures that each child is given personal attention and care. The fact that she is a professional and is actually trained to educate such small children is very evident from the way she has handled this school.
She treats each child as an individual and has a personalised method to ensure the child excels. My younger daughter, now 2 years old, has been here since she was 84 calendar days old. They have taken care of her so well that she is excited to go back to school each morning. The levels of hygiene maintained at school are excellent. I even subscribed to their in house kitchen because I am so convinced about their levels of hygiene and care they take about a child's nutritional needs. All the aunties, and the day care teachers(especially Anita Ma'am) have endless patience and love and ensure that each child is well fed, and well taken care of. I am very happy with this school, and if it weren't for us changing cities, I would have not moved out my children till they had to go to 1st standard. I wish the school themselves ran higher classes! The extra curricular activities they have - like story telling, music, craft, painting and other activities during day care have helped my children grow as complete individuals. For this stage in a child's life, they have the best facilities and I couldn't ask for more.
