I feel this review is:
Extremely poor. I have taken medical policy for my family with cover of 15 lakhs on 6th November 2020 through Bajaj executive name Megha. I paid all the premium online and she promised to provide hard copy and plastic cards by mail within 15 days. Today almost 74 days have been passed but no communications from both Bajaj and ManipalCigna company about hard copies. I am pursuing but they are not responding.
