I experienced a bad situation in manipal.while I was taking counsel its wrost time.i ever seen.
Dear All, My daughter Samaira Fatima is a preterm Baby born in 25 weeks at Santhosh hospital Bangalore, She is now 5 months old, one of the doctors referred us to Manipal Hospital for her ROP, Brain scan and BERA test to rule out any possible problems with her. As soon as we landed at Manipal Hospital, It was really a great experience, the surroundings were clean, the ambience was so good, and everything well organized. I had not seen such a nice hospital till now staying in Bangalore for 35 years. The receptionist guided us properly and we got our Card within no time.
We met Dr Nitin Shetty for her ROP. He is such a wonderful person the way he treated her was excellent. The place where we took the BERA test and scans people were cooperative, gave priority to us as my daughter was 5 months old. Even the sitting arrangement, The Billing section is so efficient; people don’t have to waste time at all.
Finally my daughter results are all Normal. This hospital really strives for excellence, Lot of care is taken for patients, and Hospitality is Awesome. I think there is no better Hospital than Manipal.
