I would like to share my recent experience at Manipal Hospital. Though we belong to Chandigarh, due to reason my in-laws being in Bangalore we had our baby delivered at your hospital .I must compliment your team from registration till discharge of baby from the hospital. Must say the process and the care was “like a clock” never there we need to be in a panic note or in a state of worry the things were well taken care off.
Especially would like to appreciate the role of the whole NICU team of doctors, the Gynecology team of doctors along with the nursing team whom we don’t know much by name, also the lady at NICU reception with the security women. All were always found 101% not just dedicated to their duties along with ensuring the Hospital Standards were maintained to give the best of the care of the “little one”.
I must say it was a wise decision getting due treatment done at your hospital though Chandigarh has world class facilities but they do lack on Core Professional Attitude and “Personal Touch of the Team”.
