Please requests not to go to Manipal HAL old airport road.When I write this I am writing this with my tears in eyes.I missed my father becuase of improper post surgical care from Manipal hospital. I took my father for manipal hospital for heart. He was identified with 2 blocks and suggested to go for open heart surgery.
My fathers report was every thing positive, no bp, no sugar.Every thing was alright and there is no probability of failure.
First day they did angio and identified a block.They put us in hospital saying that they have to consult with there surgon to decide to go for angio blast or open heart surgery.
Next day doctor finalized open heart surgery and told surgeon will come and meet.The whole day we were waiting and in evening we verified(there was no communication between doctors) and we were told that doctor is not turning up that day. That day dietitian came. We told not to give UPMA for my father as he is heart patient and he dislikes the same.
After lot of force they accepted for operation on fourth day with cost as a package.Operation was successful.But post operation in ITU, second day of operation they gave a solid diet(u know what was given THE SAME UPMA, third rated manipal hospital)No care for patients.
My father vomited and it went inside his lungs because of improper food.next day my father passed away.My father died at 5:00 am and because of billing issue they hold us till 11:30 am .And the bill amount varied as follows
- one fellow in itu told Rs 13000
2.in billing counter one guy told Rs 55000
3.When asked for accountability bill was shown for Rs 2 lakh
4.When argued without no reason they said pay Rs 33000
5.Finally asked Rs 10, 000( bargaining on after life of person)
MANIPAL HOSPITAL THE WORST EVER SEEN. Please don't loose your life by going to MANIPAL hospital. Even though doctors and surgeons are good post surgery is very important which you will never get in MANIPAL. Cost for this ad I have given is my fathers life.
If this is published in media lot of peoples life can be saved.
