Great expectations. Review on Mangal Pandey - The Rising

Indian crowd is waiting for a very long time to step into a movie plaza to watch some real good stuff, but the bundle of movies for the past one year have turned up into filth. Aamir's new product The Rising promise some real good stuff to watch.

After lagaan this one gonna be a new patriotic sensaton by aamir, aamir is into the lime light because of his new hairstyle(this guy worked on to grow his hair instead of using a wig). Its one movie a year but aamir promise one good stuff rather real good stuff the only reason bieng he works hard for something real great.

Expectations are rising for this new clip as the movie lovers are not able to digest the bundle of crap realesd in past one year.

Aamir is playing the role of mangal pandey and as far as I know this is the only movie which is entirely plotted around the risingof 1857 and especially mangal pandey.

Past experiences do not favor the director ketan, but a good script and a good cast might cast his spell on the indian crowd.

STORY:

Its a saga of love, pride, resentment aginst the tyrannies of the british footsteps. The cast is a blend of both indian anf foreign actors like styphens and coral. It has been filmed in India over 6 months.

The movie speaks of the time when after hundread years the indian masses started to raise voice against the tyrannies of british government.It talks about the spat on the face of indian religious sentiments by british authorites.

This movie talks about emergence of friendship between the British officer and Mangal Pandey when he rescues him of during a war and then betrayl from the same officer when he assurse pandey that the cartridges are pollution free. But the resentment and agony comes into picure when it is discovered that cartridges are made with cowfat.

So long the heat is on and I really epect the movie would blast with the start with a great actor and two spell babes Rani and Amisha.
