Another of those places that I kept hearing on almost everybody's mouth ever since I have relocated to Hyderabad. It has been on my list for quite sometime and visited on Independence Day with my brother. It was jam packed on the place of our primary choice so a bit reluctantly we moved to this place. Even this place was packed but after a brief wait we managed to secure a table at the regular eating area.
We both were dying of hunger so without much ado we ordered Chicken Malai Tikka Kebab, Laham Mandi and Mutton Biriyani. Malai Kebab's were soft, succulent and well cooked. Laham Mandi, my first time, so no benchmark to compare was quite a feast. With all the dry fruits and big juicy piece of Laham it was divine to my taste buds. Loved it. However in the process of enjoying the Mandi, Biriyani went cold and proved to be a showdown. Not sure if it was because it went cold but it was pretty ordinary with too much spice. The price is slightly on the higher side.
I am not sure of the service in the family dining area but the service and ambiance was pretty average.
I would recommend this place to my fellow foodies for the Kebabs and the Mandi. Worth a try.
