Hello freinds, I was referred by my friend in manba finance company to work at a position of sales executive. When I got there for an interview and asked the receptionist she asked me to fill the form and attach the resume.after filling the form I attached the resume and handed to the receptionist. Few more people were present for the interview at that time that receptionist collected resume from all of us and submitted to the HR who was supposed to take an interview of the candidates. ( The form which I filled, in that one thing was mentioned the previous salary and the expected salary so I have written the previous salary as 12k and expected as 15k.) Now when the HR started calling for an interview some of them have attended the interview when my name came the HR told to the receptionist to tell me that no vacancy is available if vacancy is needed we will let u know and asked him to leave.so after that receptionist told me to leave and I left that office and came back to home.one thing I felt at the time of returning to home that I have written the expected salary little high so they told me to leave. Now these scenario I told to the friend who referred me to go in these organisation he told that wait I will ask the HR because he had worked for 3 years he knew each member of this organisation.after asking to the HR ki why he had not entertained me for interview and then he called me and told that is office is of gujrati here no muslims are entairtained.i was shocked.so for non muslims there is good pay and scope but not for muslims.sorry to say this.this scene was created in thane.16no.
