The tiger is one of the animals struggling to see 'tommorow'....manas tiger reserve in assam close to the foothills of the himalayas and near the brahmaputra is a virtual haven for the tiger and other rare animals like the water hog....threatened by deforestation at a large scale,manas sanctuary is still able to survive and only last year managed to add a few good thousand acres to the protected sanctuary area....its a rare sight to see a tiger in its home ground,full of majesty and spendour instead of behind bars like a convict.......so for all the nature lovers,the place to be with friends and family is manas tiger reserve,assam,india
