Manali..the place is such refereshing ....the sweet smell of the misty mountains...the chill factor...all contribute it to be one of the most amazing of the hill stations in India.The ride to manali is equally facinating with the Beas River giving you company from many miles before manali. As the bus criss crosses the winding road and you climb the heights, the temperature keeps on dropping. The Mall road in manali is one road which is typical of any hill station. The varied shopping experiences that you can have at mall raod are a terat for any shopping buff.
The hidimba temple, the manu temple, the rohtang pass, the amazing ski slopes, the gr8 sea food...all combine for a fabulous holiday experience.
manali is too good for couples who want to be alone and away from the cities. The accommodation is cheap and standard.
The best thing abput manali is that you can enjoy the hills at so close proximity...at the same time enjoying the rafting , trekking, paragliding and all the adventure stuff....manali is truly amazing an experience.
