I'm a newbie at Mouth shut, so to speak. So I'm not exactly sure on how to go about it. I guess I'll just flow with the tide and see how it goes!'Love Story' brings back memories. Both the movie and the book remained on my'fave chart' for a long time. The movie represented the epitome of love and the dialogue' love means never ever having to say that you're sorry' became a national anthem!
I was a little disappointed with the sequel. And delighted too. A part of me wanted to see Ryan O'Neal mourn the loss of his love forever and another part of me wanted to see him find love again. I think the movie gave me both.
Eric Segal has a fluent style of writing. Simple, easy flowing and closer to life. For those who are not aware, Eric Segal teaches at Oxford and has been married to the same woman since 1975. Correct me if I am wrong.
