I want to share my own experience that happened with me when I was struck in the forest with my friends. That time we used techniques of Bear Grylls to come out of there. We were unable to find our way to get out of that forest and we stayed there at that night. We burned woods with stones, collect something to eat from forest and next day finally get the way to get from there.
But half of the help we got from man vs wild.

Look is amazing. Also it gives you knowledge about many types of forest and techniques of rescuing from there. Also knowledge about insects and animals.
