Show says if u lost in the jungle eat anything that keep you alive and it gives knowledge about animal creature, trees. Thats also important to figure out which animal or tree are poisenous which can keep us alive which can kill us. Bear grylls can eat anything from little bug to elephant's poop. Even he drunk his own pee to survive in sahara desert. Sometimes he eat raw meat. He say bugs got more protein. Probably most people hate this show. I love this show. its gives knowledge to survive.
