I was in mangalore for some time due to work, we travelled a lot of places near mangalore, this beach is located in mangalore, and the beach is maintained well,
Every evening lot of people comes and visits this place and one can also see lot of huge ships or vessels used for transporting goods and fishes.
The place is very popular for the fisheries and the fishing industries. I tried my hands on the ATV's in the beach which was good experience due to the sand. One can also try the fish food stalls in the beach. One improvement is the road to the beach is not that great. And if you hate dry fish smell you should skip this place.
