well friends most of u might not be knowing what is ''mallakhamb''.isn't it? so well malla is wrestler .the thing he should do ,mallakhamb is one of those .
it is a hard wooden pole of 7 1/2 to 8 feet hieght.the wood is costly one according to me not sure.the type of tricks done on the pole r called mallakhamb. it is 100% promising body shaping execise.first of all oil is applied on pole to soften it's touch with body.thenput it on ur body then get both hands curved round it one shoulder touching it.then try to pull ur body on pole upside down this is what called ''sadhi udi'.
