This is basically to say THANKS to Colorful Vacations for my Malaysia Tour and your team for the well-organized tour that we had. I was indeed impressed with the way you and your team conducted themselves when we met you all in your office.
Except for some minimal glitches the trip was wonderful and I am confident you will take corrective action to further improve. Life is a process of learning and all of keep improving and learning.
