I have been a regular customer of MakeMyTrip. My family and I have so far found this travel website one of the finest so far, meeting and in many ways exceeding all my expectations till date. Services have been prompt, travel advise genuine and overall the friendly nature of the staff have been extremely satisfying.
Be it Shillong, Pune, Hyderabad or Bangalore, MakeMyTrip hasn't failed me in any way.
At first I was a bit hesitant about online transactions, and that meant going to their office in Calcutta with their extremely professional employees taking care of my needs. I dont go to their offices anymore, from the convenience of my home I book tickets and plan journeys online.
