Like me, Travellers usually vent out their anger when something does not go right. Thats the reason, one sees more negative reviews about any service rather than positive ones.
I would lay my 100% money on Make My Trip. Over the years I've tried various other Travel sites, but the quality of Service and Client Satisfaction MMT offers is unbeatable!
in April 2015, We booked a Hotel Package in Goa and the hotel botched up our experience. Even though the hotel Golden Palms Colva denied any wrong doing, MMT was pro active in getting to the bottom of the case and solved the post -experience issues with much maturity and to our utmost satisfaction.
For last one week we have been booking for our Annual Holiday and after checking Yatra, Goibibo, and few other Hotel booking sites, we came to realize that MMT has the fastest and easiest way to book. They had a technical glitch whilst our flights were being done, and someone pro-actively called up to conclude the booking. Likewise for our Hotels bookings, the Offline team was pro active to book 3 sets of hotels for us.
Hats off to the Team of Geeta Eral and Kritika Singh who we have been communicating with from CS, who have gone out of their way to ensure our experience satisfaction.
