I had placed an order(ORDER #13153) on 3rd July 2015 and made the payment of Rs 1, 336.13 on 6th July 2015 through NEFT from my Bank account as directed by the company.
There is no phone number and e-Mail ID mentioned on the company and the only way to contact the company is through their Live Help section which is non functional at all. Every time I have to send message through the input option provided on their website.
Due to long waiting period I have cancelled the order and asked for refund on august 31st. This is November and I am still waiting for the refund amount and there is no communication at all from their end.
