I bought my Hero Honda Super Splendor at Majestic Mobikes Pvt Ltd., Bangalore just under two months ago. Overall the experience was great. The CSRs were very friendly and answered each and every one of my questions very carefully. They never failed to respond on any matters even after the sale was completed and the bike was with me.
The representative working on my booking/delivery took a personal interest in the product and my needs as desired. One very important thing. The recommendations made about acessories necessary was just as required. They didn't push us to try and buy anything just to make us spend money. Service wise, the service has been spot on. There's no complaint here. Mr. Hussain, the service manager was always prompt and courteous.
The quality and cost of service were spot on. All these are the positives. There was only one downside in the whole process. That was regarding the delivery schedule. Initially we were told next day delivery after registration. But we had to wait 3 days as they ended up saying "delivery on receipt of money".
And for this communication gap, the representative was untrained and consequently unprepared. Even a long argument with the manager failed to make any difference. On the whole the experience was perfect and far better than a couple of other dealers I went to where the CSRs were harsh and rude with a couldn't-care-less attitude.
