We had a team ( 6 people) lunch today at the White Violet restaurant. One of us wanted a jain starter and curry options. The manager tried to tell us that they will give it in max 5 mnts. After 30 mnts, whrn we did not get anything, we enquired with the waiter. He brought the news that spmeone else has been given the food prepared for us. But not to worry, we will get fresh one. Then he brings something from buffet itself. And the height he also brings 1 curry and 1 dal with lot of sweet in them. Horrible, really. We took the manager to task, but before anything came it was almost an hour. It was not this only bit more. I went to buffet to take curd ( raita) but there was no bowl, so I asked the waiter for it. He was nice to tell me that he will bring it with curd on my table. Happyness died down when no curd for almost 15 mnts. So we told another waiter who came to delover some rotis to us. He even did not come for 5 mnts. So I went to take it myself amd I saw the same waiter picking salad for someonee else at the buffet counter. Wjen I asled him about the curd, he offered to bring it now. Why he took so long? Reply was he was doing something else. Manager was just saying sorry but no action. This was our regular restaurant whenever we felt to eat out. No more!
