My trouble started when I signedup for Annual Maint COntract with Yogi Enerprises, Mumbai (Tel:641 4585/645 7347) (Ref no. A-1051 for period 17 May'02 to 16 May'03).
Yogi was very prompt in collecting the AMC money but its sevice is so poor that nobody can imagine.
On Yogi's first visit, the Engineer broke the Filter candle while cleaning, spoiled the circlip which holds the plastic pipe at the water outlet and also spoiled the water Inlet stop-cock. Also there is no way to check whether the active charcoal replaced is genuine as the engineer collects the old used one and doesn't dispose it at the site. SO he may well be using mine old charcoal at the next customer as 'New' one.
As luck would have it, the engineer had only a spare candle which he installed. However the Circlip & the stop-cock are not yet replaced inspite of daily follow-up for past fifteen days (i.e. from 17 May'02). The reason given is '' Out of stock''. There is no effort from Yogi Ent to provide the services as per the contract. Through this mail, I would like to bring to the notice of other prospective customers of Yogi Enterprises that he is not to be trusted with your precious water purifier, etc.
