Probably the worst company in bangalore, its employees are also fraud, I had some problems with my IFB washing machine, I just unfortunately in the net came across this web site and I requested for a service, the complaint no was:33082, executive W Bhaskar. The service men came and started saying the motor problem is there so it must be replaced. He said the charge is Rs 7000. I just started to see my warranty, fortunately warranty was there for 4 years, I told them about it but the service men was not ready to accept it, he said since water has gone to the motor no warranty is allowed. He wasted me two days for this.
Meanwhile I contacted his manager and I told him about the warranty, but he started fighting against me. The next day the service men told me that he will repair it, if I pay 25% of the amount. It was surprising for me, since the same person had said that it cannot come under warranty. I got suspicious and asked him to return my product. But he was not ready to do it. It took another day for this, I got frustrated by the way they handled me
I gave Rs 300 as service charge and I asked them to bring back my motor. The next day I got the number of IFB customer care, who came and inspected the machine, it was shocking that only the switch outside the machine was not supplying the power to IFB machine. If I had not checked my warranty, then I would have lost Rs 7000
So my request is plz always contact IFB customer care not this fraud company.
