I usually never write reviews. In this case though I felt that it was my duty to inform all concerned about the deplorable service of Siemens. I have a siemens front loading washing machine. I have just shifted from one floor of my building to another.
I have placed a request for locking the drum at least three times, but their representative just does not turn up. As I am working, I rush home by five every evening only to find that the rep has not turned up despite assurances from their call center. SO PLEASE KEEP THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IN MIND BEFORE CHOOSING THE BRAND.
