I had purchased a 180L whirlpool refrigerator in Aug 2008. On the night of 25th Dec, 11, I found my fridge was not working. Since it was a sunday, I called the service centre on the next day. As usual, the call centre people recorded my complaint and informed me that the technician will visit my premises within 24 hours. Since my fridge had stopped working for more than 24 hours I had my apprehensions regarding the contents inside it. So I persistently requested them to provide me with the telephone number of either the techinican or the service centre in Mangalore so that I could talk to them and explain the situation, I was informed that I will receive a SMS. I got an SMS that a technician will contact me shortly.
After an hour or so a technican called me and said he was on his way He not only visited my place within 1/2 hour but promptly recognised the problem and changed the faulty part and put the fridge in action in a sort time. I am happywith the prompt service. The techinican was also equiped with the necessay spares. I thank the Mangalore Whirlpool Service Centre and the technician Mr.Abbas was the prompt service.
