I am looking for experts’ tips and advices. I owned Bajaj Caliber 115(Hood baba) bike for last 3 years(2003 model). This bike met my all expectations, it looks good, and in middle range bikes engine power is also remarkable. This is good bike for look, pickup at the price it cost. But from last 1 year, I am disappointed with its performance. It gives me fuel average of 35kms / ltr in city.
Earlier it was ranging around 50 kms / lt’s though company has advertised for 100 kms / ltr.(But I was okay with it). I do not understand, why? I am getting low average now. I have done service of this bike at regular interval from authorized Bajaj service centre. Can anyone help me to understand this; I am feeling uneasy, as I am not able to fix this fuel efficiency problem. I did have informed, the technicians, about the same during the last two services performed on bike - but I am disappointed as they were not able to address my problem.
