Mainland china .a well renowned chain for chinese food. Since my wife loves chinese cuisine.so we both decided to visit there for the first time on 13 th sept.
we got table near bar section. As we were waiting for our ordeded food, what we saw was unbelievable. I noticed waiter in the bar section threw water from the Used glass and cleaned it with towel. I saw him doing this 2-3 times. then I watched him carefully and came to know that all the used galsses from the table are kept on one side of bar counter. when they have to send new glasses to the table, they just empty it and clean it with towel.
As we were sure they are doing this .we called their manager n informed. to this what he replied was more shocking. he said' sir we also dont know that this is happening here. i'll look into the matter'
After sometime again same thing was getting repeated. And again on calling their so called manager, they have no answers for this act of unhygiene.and now the response from manager was very carefree.which was highly disgusting
this was the one thing they were doing in open and that I observed. who knows what they are doing behind the doors in kitchen. this was highly disappointing for us. I dont think we ll visit there again . coz its said' ankhon dekh kar tum makhi nahi nigal sakte. ankhon ke peeche koi kya karta hai we cant say'
Its better I would visit any other chinese restaurant going forward.i request mainland authorities to please look into the matter for the sake of peoples health.
