My weekend started with a question as I entered a cinema hall to watch “Maine pyar kyun kiya”? That’s the question that repeatedly comes to my mind. So I am sure Sallu must have gone throught a lot. The movi starts with whole lot of vibrant colours to add to that has a touch of beautiful looking special effects. I am sure people who are interested in exploring the other side of the moon is in with a treat as the cinematography is mind blowing, with exclusive beaches, colorful aircrafts, on top of that dancing colorful cast.

David Dhawan has maintained the consistency of treating viewers giving visual delights unlike his constituency in making people laugh..

It’s a story of a Man (Salman) who is an Orthopedic having nice big clinic with a very attractive and most efficient personal secretary (Sushmita), and flirtatious humorous friend (Arshad). The whole movie revolves around Salman, Sushmita and Salman’s latest girlfriend (Katrina). Sushmita is sensational with her rain dances, colorful saris, and ever helping nature. That’s what gets her involved in bigger problem, having to act as a fake wife to her boss. Just because Salman has always told every female that he is married guy. I am not sure how does this chemistry works and what he is trying to prove. That nowadays female only get attracted to successful men who are married(a point to think). The movie gets boring as his mom comes into action, I literally mean action as the effort to use of hand is more than effort to act. The movie is a drag after interval. On the whole Katrina looks glamorous and dances well on ok numbers. The only light to this movie was the light comedy touch by Arshad and Rajpal. As it is was so much to bear the overacting of Salman on top of it there was another khan who might get an entry as a circus joker. The most pathetic performance I have ever seen, sticking to Salman and Katrina like a leach, In end Salman didn’t get the answer for his question Maine Pyar Kyun kiya”. As he loses his love to know that she will get married to the joker and be content with the female just next to her cabin who seems to know everything what Salman like. Overall the plot seems to be stiched and the marks seem to be very prominent and the audience leaves with a question “why” this movie was made?
