I had a pre notion about this movie being a masala type, all in one type, based on what I read and heard about it. Wasn?t much interested, but some how happened to watch it. To my surprise I liked it. In addition to above adjectives, it is good entertainer and interest keeper.

The story, not much different, is a cocktail of few old family movies and few SRK movies along with fresh concept of anti-Pak Indian militant. The most kabil military officer, Major Ramprasad is assigned two unofficial missions. One, to protect General Bakshi?s daughter Sanjana from militant Raghwan and other to fulfill his father?s dream of bringing together his broken family. No doubt he accomplishes both and come back to official, but how? See it in theatre or bring home the CD or visit mouthshut.com.

Finally somebody agreed that SRK is now a bit old to be considered as a collage student. Hope he doesn?t make u turn and return to classes. He is and always has been good in acting (and overacting many times). Amrita Rao is beautiful, fluent and confident; moreover she acts too (much better than the murderer, Mallika Sherawat). Zayed khan looks good in longhair part of role, needs to improve in dialogues. Sunil Shetty has once again given consistent performance. He is inarticulate and inacticulate (not acting well) as always.

There are few saari commercials in between, featuring Sush. She looks great, and seems to be getting hold on overacting. Scenes and a song between her and SRK are beautifully picturised. The matrix scene between Satish Shah and SRK is a real fun. The movie ends happily with Indo-Pak peace move; a nice climax.

Camera work is noticeably good. Direction, music, fights all are fine. Farah Khan, as a choreographer, is great as always. All these things together make a watchable movie. Farah Khan has done a satisfactory debut.
