I have never driven the Xylo, but I don’t need to drive or see it in order to review it, because I only want to review its name. Xylo, sounds like some sort of sound instrument, but why would anyone name a rough and tough vehicle as a musical instrument, when it is supposed to be treated like a battle tank by its buyers? If TATA produces a huge cargo truck and calls it ‘Tata-toddler’, will anyone like it?
It sounds like someone named xylo in a hurry. It bears no resemblance to their naming convention. Honda names its vehicles according to musical instruments. So they must have stolen the idea. Otherwise they should have named it like the scorpio, like cobro, anaconda, dinasaouro etc Look at how rough and tough vehicles are named by others. Samples are – conquistador, annihilator, pulveriser, invader, mass-murderer etc, Why could they not borrow some of their idead? and just wondering what this vehicle will be called in the country’s hinterland, ’jhailo’, I think..hahaha..serves them right.. xylo, duh
