Succesfull completion of 30,000 kilometers. Review on Mahindra Xylo

This is my second review in Mouthshut. My first review was on Fiat Linea.

First of all I would like to thank Mouthshut such an user friendly website for searching, reading, writing & commenting on the vehicle we like.

Coming to the vehicle,

Why I have taken the title as "Successful completion of 30, 000 Kilometers" is, the xylo which we have crossed 30, 000 kilometers and running successfully without any Major Problems, In the market I feel that this the best vehicle for big families, where all of them can sit comfortably. The AC is good, the pick up is ok for a family vehicle and suspensions are good.

First thing I would like to let you know is, if you are having any problem in the service with the dealer, you can directly email to the Mahindra Customer care, they are very fast, I have my own experience I have got my problems solved once I have written an email to them action has been taken within two to three hours and the Dealer was very sorry and got all the problems cleared in a high priority. I have not seen any of the Automoblie Customer care service this fast.

It's not that I didn't have faced any problem with this vehicle, You know what the first problem which I faced with this vehicle was, the key has got broken in the ignition. The next problem which I am facing still on date is the power windows the back two doors windows I don't know when they work and when they don't work, the next thing is the wiper blades they are so poor in quality and last but not the least is gear shifting, it's so hard some times.

Even though there are the above listed problems, I still love the vehicle as it is having a good comfort in the interior. We can have easy go even in the cities, It is so smooth to turn the vehicle.

I suggest this vehicle who are looking for good comfort for their whole family.
