There are quite a lot of customers for Mahindra Scorpio the very old version. These customers are the victims of Mahindra’s early launch of its Scorpio without through testing. Company did a lot to support the customers but it did not work out well.
I am not an automobile expert still I am putting forward a suggestion of BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY. Mahindra changed a lot of thing in the latest models. If the company had made the modification that has backward compatibility then old customers would be very happy.
I.e. if company is changing the break system and introducing a new one. Make the fittings such a way that its suites the old chassis. Also put a discount or free labor and let the old customers pay only for the machinery and fit the new break system and save their life.
This issue has to be taken very seriously by the company as poor breaks are taking many human life’s.
My advice to the company is “ALWAYS THINK ABOUT BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY”. Give some importance to the old customers who have paid for your testing. Don’t treat old customers are fool who have bought your incomplete product.
Mistakes happen, let’s correct it and grow together.
