As pointed out by my compatriot below, someone has been writing fake reviews. everyone in ahmedabad seems to have got a pantero and decided to write a review on the same day. probably some poor mahindra 2 wheeler dealership manager:) I got to ride the pantero for around 160 kms and this is my initial view on the bike. Now at first glance the pantero looks almost like the old stallio. the fuel tank is absolutely huge at 14 ltrs. bigger than my unicorn's at 13.3.fill up the tank and forget about it. it has a good headlight and a big led taillight. there is a small storage compartment under the tank. the digital display is a bit hard to read and too much seems to be squashed into that small display. The plastics used around the display could have been better and I dont like the bit of plastic that goes over the tank. looks wierd.

Now the 110cc engine is almost the same as that of the stallio but slightly more efficient and they have updated the gearbox. The gear shifts are smooth and engine seems good until you try to give it too much power. Then the engine starts to struggle a bit.

Now on to comfort, the large seats are good and the riding position is fairly upright and the ride was a bit bumpy  atleast on the roads I got to ride it on.

Fuel efficiency is ok I guess. I got 49 km in Thrissur city and 57 on the NH47. mahindra's claim that it gives 79 km avg looks like a big lie now.shame on you.

I have yet to see another pantero on the road anywhere near where I live, so I dont think anyone really gives a thought about buying this when looking for a 100-125 cc bike. the honda dream yuga seems to be a long way ahead in all terms.
